- 1 can condensed milk
- 400 milliliters cream
- 350 milliliters milk
- 5 sheets Haodong Beef Gelatin Sheets [SILVER GRADE]
Step 1. In a pan, mix the condensed milk with the cream.
Step 2. Soak the required sheets in cold water to soften. Remove the pliable sheets from the water and squeeze out the excess liquid, and then melt in a little boiling water.
Step 3. Add the gelatin to the mixture of condensed milk, and finally add the milk. Blend well, and bring to a boil.
Step 4. Pour into cups, and refrigerate to solidify for about 1 hour.
Step 5. Cover with orange jam, and serve chilled for about 1 hour.
