Recipe-Mango Coconut Jelly

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 sheets Haodong Beef Gelatin Sheets [SILVER GRADE]
  • 400 milliliters coconut milk
  • 200 milliliters mango juice (or 1 ripe mango, blended)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Directions:

Step 1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes until soft. Remove and squeeze out the excess liquid.

Step 2. In a saucepan, gently warm the coconut milk with sugar and salt over low heat. Do not boil.

Step 3. Remove from heat. Add the softened gelatin sheets and stir until fully dissolved.

Step 4. Stir in the mango juice and blend well.

Step 5. Pour into cups or molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.

Step 6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mango slices if desired.
